    A gym training program outlines a structured workout plan designed to achieve specific fitness goals, often including a combination of resistance training (strength exercises), cardiovascular exercise (cardio), and flexibility work, with a progressive approach to gradually increase intensity and difficulty over time, tailored to the individual's fitness level and goals, such as muscle building, weight loss, or improved overall fitness; it usually specifies the number of training sessions per week, exercises to perform, sets, repetitions, rest periods, and also include warm-up and cool-down routines.
